Initial Production Inspection

An Initial Production Inspection (IPI) is performed at the stage of about 10%-30% products finished for quality control inspection. It is the first step in ensuring the quality of your product will be consistent throughout production. Improvements action can be made prior to the mass production to ensure the products meet your requirement and prevent any potential flaws in the production resources, materials, schedules, management and more.

MQS conduct AQL sampling based on ANSI/ASQC Z1.4 (ISO 2859-1) criteria and produce detailed inspection reports based on a defined AQL.
