During Production Inspection

A During Production Inspection (DPI) is an on-site product inspection performed when 40-60% of your production is completed. This inspection validates the initial production process has been maintained and that goods being produced continue to meet quality requirements. In the case of new raw materials, new operators, production lines or specification changes, this service can assess if requirements are being met during production. It tells you if your factory is following your original specifications and if your production is till on schedule. If non-conformity is discovered, it allows for quick corrective action from the factory, and for retro-fitting of the production.

MQS conducts AQL sampling based on ANSI/ASQC Z1.4 (ISO 2859-1) criteria and produces detailed inspection reports based on a defined AQL.
