Basic Procedure of Quality system, process and product audit:
Audit Preparation
①Determine the scope and objectives of the audit: Clarify the scope and objectives of the audit, special requirements of the client, and key elements to be evaluated. ②Select auditors: Based on the scope and objectives of the audit, choose auditors with professional knowledge and experience to ensure that they can accurately assess the effectiveness of the system. ③Create an audit plan: Develop a detailed audit plan, including information such as audit time, location, and participants, to ensure that the audit process proceeds in an orderly manner.
Audit Execution
①Conduct the opening meeting: Introduce the audit process and objectives to the audited party, discuss and confirm the audit plan, and answer any questions raised by the audited party.
②Collect audit evidence: Based on the audit plan, auditors gather necessary audit evidence, including documents, records, data, etc., to assess the effectiveness of the system.
③Conduct on-site audit: This includes on-site audit and interviews with key personnel to verify the operational status of the system. Through observations and interviews, auditors will be able to evaluate the implementation of the system.
Audit Summary and Reporting
①Conduct the closing meeting: After the audit, a closing meeting will be held to summarize the audit results and issues identified to the audited party, discuss improvement opportunities, and reach a consensus. ②Prepare the audit report: Based on the audit results, a detailed audit report will be created, including the identified issues, improvement suggestions, and other relevant information.
These steps constitute a basic quality system audit process. When conducting a system audit, it is essential to ensure compliance with relevant standards and norms to guarantee the fairness, accuracy, and effectiveness of the audit. Furthermore, system auditing is a continuous process that not only includes the initial audit but also regular supervision and re-auditing to ensure the effectiveness and continuous improvement of the system.
